Gautam Rode is an Indian actor, model and TV host. He is primarily known for his work in small screen industry. Born on 14 August 1977, he did his schooling from Army Public School, Dhaula Kuan, New Delhi. He completed his graduation in B.Com from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, Delhi University. The actor rose to fame for playing the main lead in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s show Saraswatichandra alongside actress Jennifer Winget. He is considered as one of the hottest television actors. He was born in New Delhi to Surendra Rode and Sangeeta Rode. His father is a retired broker and mother is a jewellery designer. His mother has been into designing for more than 15 years. She started her business in Delhi and now is owner of a jewellery shop in Mumbai. He has an elder sister named Rashmi. He is very close to her. His family used to live in Delhi but later shifted to Mumbai. They had to face lots of financial crisis in Mumbai. But with passage of time and his hardwork, they are now leading a luxurious life in the city of dreams.
