Born on 16 September 1977, she did her schooling from Mount Carmel Convent School in Pune, India. She completed her graduation in Bachelor of Science from Sir Parashurambhau College in Pune, India. The actress rose to fame for portraying the roles of “Gauri Pratham Mittal” in Kutumb, “Nandini Karan Virani” in Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, “Falguni Harshad Parekh” in Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi and “Anita Sharma” in Tu Aashiqui.
