Shivam Dube is an Indian International cricket player. He is primarily known as an all-rounder who bats as left-handed and bowls right-arm at medium pace. Born on 26 June 1993, he did his schooling from Hansraj Morarji Public School in Mumbai, Maharashtra. He completed his graduation from Rizvi College, Mumbai. Right after starting his cricket career at the age of 19, he rose to fame in 2018 after he hammered 5 successive sixes against Pravin Tambe in T20 Mumbai League. He was also named as Player of the Tournament and the name “Shivam Dube” rose up in the cricket world since then.

- Despite being a brilliant bowler as well as batsmen, he couldn’t stay fit in the initial phase of his cricket career.

- Continuing on his cricket journey, he made it to the squad for Mumbai’s senior side. Even after getting limited opportunity, he picked up 7 wickets in 4 innings having economy of 4.87 and average of 16.71.
- On 7 December 2017, he made his first class debut in 2017-18 Ranji Trophy for Mumbai and in first innings, he took his 5 wicket haul of first class cricket.
- Later on 17 December 2018, he hit 5 sixes in one over in one of the Ranji Trophy match.
- Again he scored 5 sixes in an over against Pravin Tambe in T20 Mumbai League match and gained everyone’s attention for his play.

He is a powerful cricketer who is very much capable of hitting the ball a century mile away. Considering his all rounder cricket abilities, he made rollicking start to his cricket career. On 18 January 2016, he made his T20 debut for Mumbai in 2015-16 Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. Next year in 2017, he made his List A debut for Mumbai in 2016-17 Vijay Hazare Trophy. In the same year, he made his first class debut in 2017-18 Ranji Trophy season. He performed amazing in the same and took his maiden 5 wicket haul in first class cricket.
His series of amazing performances has continued in 2018-19 Ranji Trophy season as well. In one of the matches of Ranji Trophy, he even hit 5 sixes in one over. Then again for the second time, he hit 5 sixes in an over in T20 Mumbai League in March. His astonishing performance grabbed the attention of selectors and in 2019 IPL, he was bought by Royal Challengers Bangalore for a heavy amount and was retained by them in 2020 as well.

Shivam Dube Shine to Glory
He rose to fame after giving exceptional Ranji season so far. In 5 innings, he scored 364 runs with 2 centuries and 2 half centuries. Also, he took 12 wickets with best figures of 7/84. This Ranji season was turning point of his career. Owing to his performances in domestic circuit, he managed to made his International debut as well playing amazingly well for team India against Bangladesh. Also, he took 3 important wickets along with giving contribution with bat. He is still young with lots of playing opportunity in team India.
